ORDER FORM To set up your mailing schedule(s), complete the following: (If you were referred to us through your company intranet/internet site or through another affiliate link, please sign up here. If you are not sure, please call.) Step 1:
Print & Fill out
the Mailing Programs Order

Step 2: Provide client list. (If you do not have this compiled already, please use our EXCEL spreadsheet form and email it to us.)
Step 3: Provide your business cards. (Enough for one year.) Step 4: Return the completed Order Form, client list (if not already emailed to us), and your business cards to: Just Stay In Touch, 1000 E. Belt Line Road, Suite 210, Carrollton, TX 75006 or email the completed form to orders@juststayintouch.com or fax completed form to 214.227.2529
Step 4: Mail us a supply of your business cards, if you would like them included in your mailings. Step 5: Provide us your new client info/updates/changes as you get them. If you like, you may enter them online here. We need to receive your new client info at least monthly, but you may use whatever system is most convenient for you. (Example, you can call us every time you receive one, you can email the list weekly, use our form and fax it to us monthly, etc.) |
