Purchase Cards

To set up your mailing schedule(s), complete the following:

Step 1: Print & Fill out the Mailing Programs Order FormGet Adobe Reader logoAdobe Reader is required to view the document below.  Download a FREE copy from the link provided.

bulletIn the "Signature" box, please sign your "casual" name (first name only), what your family and friends call you.  This keeps the mailing on a personal level.  These signatures are the guide we use when we sign your name for the mailings.
bulletFor Sphere Mailings: Record your card selections for the appropriate mailing program slots.  The Message Filler is the [bracketed portion] of the greeting text, which can be changed to reflect your industry.  The personalization imprint is what will be printed at the bottom of the card (inside), below the greeting text and the signature.

Payment Info: We will charge your credit card once per month, when there is activity on your account, between the 21-25 day of the month.  A statement and receipt will be mailed to you.

Step 2: Provide client list. (If you do not have this compiled already, please use our EXCEL spreadsheet form and email it to us.) 

bulletWe will accept your list in any form.  We do not mind how you get it to us, just get it to us.  We do prefer that you email an Excel spreadsheet or a *.csv file (comma separated value).  If you have your client list in another program, such as ACT, Word, or Top Producer, you should be able to export the list.  Call us and we'll help you.  If you supply a manual list (faxed or mailed), extra charges will apply.

Step 3: Provide your business cards. (Enough for one year.)

Step 4: Return the completed Order Form, client list (if not already emailed to us), and your business cards to: Just Stay In Touch, 1000 E. Belt Line Road, Suite 210, Carrollton, TX  75006

Step 4: Mail us a supply of your business cards, if you would like them included in your mailings.

Step 5: Provide us your new client info/updates/changes as you get them.  If you like, you may enter them online here.  We need to receive your new client info at least monthly, but you may use whatever system is most convenient for you.  (Example, you can call us every time you receive one, you can email the list weekly, use our form and fax it to us monthly, etc.)
