The Sphere Mailing Program is an easy way to stay in touch with your clients.  These contacts keep your name in front of your entire database throughout the year, so they will always be thinking of you.                    

 
bulletYou choose the cards to be used and the frequency to send them.
bulletWe print custom personalized, industry specific messages, hand sign your first name, include your business card, and mail them according to the schedule you have chosen.
bulletThis program is best suited for professionals who wish to outsource a portion of their marketing campaign and for those who wish to contact their clients several times throughout the year in a personal way.

STEP 1)  To begin setting up your Sphere Mailing Program, first decide on a frequency and choose the months for your mailings.      For example: a quarterly mailing; mailing on February, May, August, and November

STEP 2)  Next, choose the appropriate number of cards from the selection categories below.  You may choose any cards you like, they do not have to all be from the same category.  Be sure to jot down the Card Name and Card ID # for your selected cards, as you will need them later when you fill out your order form. 

    For example: February mailing-Heart 'N Home [HHH25]; May mailing-Home Sweet Home [HHS200]; August mailing-Rafting Sea Otters [ARS06]; November mailing-Autumn Feast [HAF225]

IMPORTANT NOTE:  Some greetings have portions of the text bracketed.   These are the [Message Fillers] and will be customized to reflect your industry.  For demonstration purposes only, we have filled these in for the mortgage industry.

STEP 3)  Once you have decided on the cards to be used, you are ready to start filling out the order form.

STEP 4)  Send us your client list and business cards.

For example: if you have 100 clients on your sphere and you choose the quarterly program, then the cost would be $2.04/card mailed...or $204.00/quarter.

The price of the mailing includes:

 
bulletCustom printing the cards and envelopes.  (We do not use labels.)
bulletThe labor of hand-signing your name (we do not scan the signature), inserting your business card, stuffing and sealing the envelope, and affixing first class domestic postage.  (We do not use bulk mail postage or postage meter stamps.)
bulletKeeping track of the mailing schedule and getting the cards out on time.
bullet

Maintaining your client database.  We add/delete/change your client info so it is always up-to-date.
